Baby & toddler sleep support
in your own language

I'm Alicia Doblas, a certified baby sleep consultant based in Málaga. I help English-speaking families across Marbella, Estepona, Sotogrande, Fuengirola and the rest of the Costa del Sol get real sleep back — with a personalised, written sleep plan built from your own baby's data, not a generic checklist copied from the internet.

No obligation · I'll tell you honestly if — and how — I can help

How it works

A plan built on your baby's data — not a generic checklist

Everything happens by message, so you can read it carefully, keep it, and come back to it whenever you need to — no scheduling a call across time zones or hoping a video connection holds up.

  1. Message me on WhatsApp. Tell me a little about your baby and how nights — and days — are going right now.
  2. Fill in a short written sleep diary. A few days of real information about your baby's sleep says far more than a single conversation ever could.
  3. Receive your personalised written plan. Clear, step-by-step, in plain English, based on your baby's own patterns.
  4. Ongoing support by WhatsApp text as you put the plan into practice, adjusting week by week as your baby responds.

Who you'll be working with

I've been through this myself

In 2020 my son Ares was born, and sleep problems arrived with him. What began as a desperate search for answers became my vocation: training as a certified baby sleep consultant (Child Sleep Care, 2024) to help other families get their rest back.

Since 2024 I've worked with families across Spain, in person in Málaga and online everywhere else — always gently, always gradually, always without "crying it out".

Families who are sleeping now

What families say

We came to Alicia feeling desperate, with very little hope left. Our baby was almost 5 months old and barely slept, waking every hour to an hour and a half. With her help — consistency, routines and clear guidance — our situation and our quality of life improved enormously.
— Elisa M.
What luck, finding Alicia! Our 14-month-old was sleeping terribly, waking up 9 times a night or more. The plan she built for us, based on our own data, changed everything within weeks.
— Natalia A.
We came to work on our twins’ sleep completely exhausted. From the very first message, something felt different: no rushing, no rigid formulas, no pressure. It’s been an incredible experience.
— Alba T.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

Do you offer consultations in English?

I write and read English confidently, so I offer clear, personalised sleep plans and ongoing WhatsApp support entirely in English — no awkward video calls needed, just guidance you can read carefully and come back to whenever you need it. If a phone or video call would work better for you, message me and we'll see what's possible.

Where are you based, and do I need to be in Marbella?

I'm based in Málaga, and I work with families across the whole Costa del Sol — Marbella, San Pedro, Nueva Andalucía, Estepona, Sotogrande, Fuengirola, Mijas — almost entirely online. If you'd like to meet in person for your first session, that can be arranged in Málaga; everything after that (the plan itself, and the weeks of follow-up) works exactly the same by message.

What ages and sleep problems do you work with?

From pregnancy (I have a dedicated prenatal programme) up to around 5 years old, though most families who reach out have a baby or toddler between 4 months and 3 years. Frequent night waking, short naps, needing to be held or fed to sleep, sleep regressions, moving from crib to bed — all of it.

Is this "cry it out"?

No — never, and not even as a fallback option. Every plan is gradual and respectful of your child. Before touching sleep at all, we rule out physical causes (reflux, allergies, ear infections, anemia) that a generic sleep guide would never ask about.

Sleep coach, sleep consultant, sleep trainer — what's the difference?

Honestly? Mostly the word people happen to use. I trained with Child Sleep Care and I'm usually called a baby sleep consultant or a sleep coach; "sleep trainer" tends to suggest leaving a baby to cry, which is not what I do. None of these titles is a regulated profession in Spain or the UK, so the label tells you very little. What tells you something: ask who trained them, and whether they want to see several days of your baby's actual sleep log before handing you a plan. If a plan arrives without that, it wasn't built for your child.

How do I get started?

Message me on WhatsApp and tell me a little about how nights (and days) are going for your baby. I'll read it and tell you honestly whether I think I can help and how — no pressure, no obligation.
